Just talking about it makes it all start to happen.
First, there is a cobweb
that starts to interfere with
your thoughts.
The muscles along your jaw
tighten, even though you
are not clenching.
Peripheral disappears,
leaving you with only
what is in front.
The spider's threads
remove the brain's weight
from your head.
Adrenaline surges,
your heart runs a marathon while
you sit in place.
The blackness rages,
swallowing entirely and
all is gone.
It is over, just as soon as it began.

Sounds a lot like when I fainted. Haven't done that in a while. I guess getting high blood pressure has some minor benefits.
