Musings on Children and Full Bladders

There is an urgency with
which you say the word that
makes me believe you
but I could, to be honest
have told it from the
way that you are bouncing
up
and
down
 and
 left         to    right
Still the immediacy that you
are trying to convey is not
lost in my humor.
So go ahead!  Don't let me stop you!
Hurry up! Run right there!
Do what it is that you need to do
to make yourself feel good again.
Secure.
Able to stand in public
and keep your hands free
and not tethered below your
waist as you jump up and down.
Seriously!  Go on now!
Don't wait on me!
You have so much more to solve
than my permission will ever
grant you the ability to do.
